Herne Bay’s latest new business sees husband-and-wife team Peter and Fiona Gander with a newly-designed tea towel fit for royal-tea. The design was inspired by both a picture playing card and the single-colour Penny Black stamp but this design, naturally, comes in royal blue. Peter said: “People love the pair of cheeky corgis and the iconic Queen's head silhouette.”

As well as the Jubilee tea towel, which has proved popular, Peter and Fiona have in fact, designed a range of 5 tea towels in all, including one bearing the legend “You, me and a cup of tea”, a steaming teapot, a diagram of cuts of pork and another with a Lily Bollinger Champagne quote.

They will be officially launched at the Spirit of Summer exhibition at London's Olympia, which runs from next Wednesday to Saturday, 16th to the 19th of May 2012.
