Kentish ice cream producer, Simply Ice Cream, bring back festive flavours.

The artisan ice cream producers have announced the relaunch of their Christmas Pudding, Mince Pie & Gingerbread ice cream. These new seasonal flavours can be found on Simply Ice Cream’s own website and in farm shops and deli’s throughout the South East, priced from £5.99 per 500ml tub.

The company is known for their luxuriously creamy ice cream, made in small batches in the heart of the Kentish countryside near Ashford. Each tub is made with 50% double cream, giving a sumptuously creamy texture that has garnered them a growing fan base and an array of awards. Simply Ice Cream are stocked in over 450 outlets throughout London and the Southeast.

The Christmas Pudding ice cream is made by swirling warm Christmas pudding chunks and rum soaked raisins through their creamy ice cream base, resulting in a festive delight that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with other desserts.

Each tub of Gingerbread ice cream is made with crumbled homemade gingerbread biscuits (their founder Sally’s own recipe), and real pieces of stem ginger which give a fiery kick. The Mince Pie flavour is made by whisking crushed mince pie (pastry and all) into their decadent ice cream base.

Alongside their new Christmas offering, Simply Ice Cream also have a range of other seasonal flavours including Stem Ginger and Marmalade, Vanilla, Rum & Raisin, Cinnamon and Apple Crumble, which are available all year round.
