Nightingale launches new Foxwhelp Meets Discovery collaboration with Ross-on-Wye
Foxwhelp Meets Discovery is a new collaboration between Nightingale Cider and Ross-on-Wye Cider.
This wild-fermented cider is made from Nightingale’s Discovery 2022 cider blended with Ross-on-Wye Cider’s Foxwhelp 2021 cider and is bottle-conditioned. Expect a bright, vibrant cider packing an explosion of strawberry sherbet and citrus. The intense acidity of the beautiful Foxwhelp apple is contrasted with juicy, sweet red fruit notes, and it finishes dry.
