Kentish Pip cider has re-launched its brand with a complete new set of amazing colours and designs. Based on Woolton Farm just outside Canterbury, Kentish Pip grow and blend a unique mixture of apples for a distinctive variety of ciders – from staples like the Award Winning medium dry Craftsman, to delicious seasonal flavours such as elderflower, hand picked from the farm.
Produced using the farm’s own apples, Kentish Pip take great care and pride in cider-making and are discerning when it comes to taste. Full of fresh flavour as each small batch is blended by hand, then tasted and tweaked for a light, fruity finish. Mark Mount is the farm’s owner and he has been busy over the last few years researching the skills needed to produce a full flavoured but fresh tasting cider. He says: “It is easy to ferment apples…the skill is having the right varieties and it is all about the final blending.”
