The Freewheel Pub and Cycling Cafe

About Us

The Freewheel Pub and Cycling Cafe is an inviting pit stop for cyclists, walkers, families and locals to re-fuel and relax. Our kitchen is open all day long and stocked with locally sourced, delicious produce to cater for every taste. We offer lunches, dinners, coffee and cake, cycling group buffets, private events and can even provide picnics – there is something for everyone at the Freewheel.

The bar is fully stocked and also serves locally produced beverages including beers, ales, ciders, fruit juices and hard to find craft beers.

The Freewheel is also the perfect location to explore the stunning Kent countryside as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in England. Whether you want to pop in for a pint of local ale or have a well earned pit-stop in our cycling cafe, a warm welcome always awaits you!

We are pet friendly and dogs are always welcome inside the Freewheel and also in our large enclosed garden. We also run a fully-equipped bicycle workshop and offer a collection and return service in the local area.

There is plenty of parking available for cars and bikes.

“We have just delivered more ‪tea‬ to the Freewheel pub and Cycling Cafe in Graveney, near Faversham. They have added Strong Brew to their existing range of Rosie Lea Teas. Great concept here, one side a tea room, one side a pub, and a special area dedicated to Bicycle repairs. On a great cycle route, why not stop off and have an afternoon tea.”
