We’re a true micro-distillery on a mission to develop breathtaking spirits the slow way. We’re honest about what we do and how we do it and we aim to be a positive influence on our community. We’re called Greensand Ridge after the hills that surround the Weald, from where we source our flavours.
At the heart of our business are the products we make. Some, like our Gin and Eau de Vie are available now. Some, like our Aged Apple Brandy won’t see the light of day for years. But all our products are true reflections of the lands that surround us and the flavours they contain.
We’re also building a craft distillery with the mission to reduce food waste at the farm gate by fermenting and distilling quality produce that supermarket’s won’t take. So as well as reducing our footprint by using 100% renewable power, going chemical free, and recycling all our waste, we also benefit other food producers by paying for what would otherwise be waste. And making mouthwatering spirits in the process!
Our London Dry Gin is lovingly distilled from eight local botanicals that grow in the fields, woods and orchards beneath the Greensand Ridge. We marry these with seven carefully selected classic botanicals to create an exceptionally smooth and delicately balanced premium Gin.
