Small batch Distillery, with a full licence, who aim to do some amazing things with spirits and whatever we can get our hands on, locally.

Our first release is a London Dry Gin, at 45% ABV, (although it doesn't taste or feel that strong). We strived for years to get it to where we want and are proud of the result. We won't compromise on flavour, which is why we use Rye as our base spirit, include 15 botanicals and took it to 45%. This makes little business sense, as it costs a bit more to produce, but we are putting out the gin we always dreamed of making.
