Made using Channel Island milk and double cream from a neighbouring herd, the rich and creamy ice cream is infused with the family’s own handmade secret recipe mix of fruit, spices and a splash of alcohol. Each batch is left to age for 24 hours to create the deep the wonderful taste and is available in catering 4.75ltr tubs. from mid-November onwards.
