The issue of food allergies has never been more prominent with a number of high profile incidents leading to changes in the law and to food hygiene ratings (from now on a business with poor allergen management can only hope for a 3* rating at best).
Kent Trading Standards have developed a new allergen management training course designed to safeguard the lives of your customers and the ongoing success of your business.
The course covers:
– Identifying allergens in your dishes
– Communicating allergen information to staff and customers
– Practical steps to prevent allergic reactions
– Practical steps to correct failures that lead to allergic reactions
3 hours of training will be followed by an hour of question and answer time with a Trading Standards Officer of almost 20 year’s experience and is endorsed by Allergy UK and attracts CPD.
Prices are £40 + VAT (£48) per person for Produced in Kent Members £50 +VAT (£60) per person for Non Members . Bookings are subject to a booking fee.
