For foodies either residing in or visiting Canterbury, September is a time for delicious treats, artisan produce and gastronomy. Centred around the Canterbury Food & Drink Festival, Kent’s largest and most highly-anticipated celebration of food, drink and culture, it is the ultimate showcase for the thriving cathedral city’s culinary scene, and the county as a whole for that matter.
An extended programme of events for 2019 means there is so much more to get involved with. Before the Food & Drink Festival descends on Dane John Gardens, various culinary destinations around the city will be host to our latest addition, the Urban Food Tour.
The Produced in Kent area has over 40 of the finest local food and craft stalls, and you can place your votes for your favourites in the Taste of Kent Awards – just come and pick up a voting form at the Produced in Kent stand!
