Head Chef, Kevin Bennett, has expertly created an award winning 2 AA Rosette Taster Menu, utilising the finest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients skilfully prepared to produce dishes that exude freshness, seasonality and balance.
We are excited to be working in conjunction with the Barnes family at nearby Biddenden Vineyards. The family have a 50 year heritage of producing the finest award winning wines, sparkling wines and ciders, utilising modern methods and techniques, ensuring Biddenden is at the forefront of the English wine industry.
Julian Barnes has expertly twinned each course with his recommended selection, resulting in the perfect balance of fine wine and fine food working in perfect harmony.
Biddenden Vineyards, Kent’s Original Vineyard, celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year, with Frasers celebrating our 10th Anniversary and what better way to celebrate.
A member of the Biddenden vineyards team will be here on the night to guide you through the history and making of all the wines and ciders, giving you opportunity to ask any questions and also your chance to pre order your wines for Christmas direct from the vineyard.
