Join us for this special Green Farm Yoga Day Retreat that also focuses on food & nutrition. The core of the day is an interactive cooking workshop with our in-house Naturopath & Nutritionist Alice Yeates, helping you develop healthier habits. You will prepare, cook and eat your own lunch using fresh, mostly farm-grown ingredients and you will leave with your own individual nutrition plan.
Of course, you will enjoy the natural setting and the wonderfully relaxed style that is Green Farm. There is the option of staying after lunch and either opting for a personal one-to-one consultation with Alice, enjoying a relaxing spa treatment or a woodland country walk
