As well as three yoga sessions, the Help Me Healthy Yoga Retreat weekend includes an interactive cooking workshop with Naturopath & Nutritionist Alice Yeates, helping you develop healthier habits. You will leave with your own individual nutrition plan.
The Help Me Healthy retreat is ideal for people who are after solutions for long standing issues, such as allergies, weight loss, stress,diet changes, health, hormone balance etc.
We are sure that you have heard how important gut health and the strength of your gut micro-biome is for your immune system and all-over wellbeing; welcome to this weekend. Have an interactive cooking workshop with our in-house naturopath/nutritionist, add Yoga, Spa, Country Walks, Relaxation and look and feel better with a few simple changes to your diet and lifestyle.
The yoga on our Retreats is designed to add to your experience of a relaxing yet energising weekend. Classes are suitable for everyone and classes are led by From complete beginners to regular practitioners, adaptations and modifications are always offered for every level. All classes cover pranayama techniques (Breathing) and meditation as well as the physical yoga asanas. Generally, the morning class is a more energising practice with a slower restorative practice in the afternoons. Our yoga teachers are Caelia Butcher and Sally Bayly.
