Want to bring the taste of the Mediterranean into your own home?
Our half day workshop will teach you how to make three classic Italian breads – focaccia, ciabatta and bread sticks. Master the techniques of kneading, stretching, shaping, proving and watch your breads rise as they bake in our ovens.
For people who have a passion for baking this course is suitable for all levels of experience, runs for three hours and held in small groups of up to 10 people in our bakery.
The course is run by Clare Barton, owner and head baker at the Bakehouse at 124. She is an Ambassador for the Real Bread Campaign, is very passionate about Real Bread and would love to pass on her knowledge so that you too can make your own bread at home.
