Celebrate over 2,200 different apple varieties in at Brogdale with a breath-taking and educational apple display of hundreds of apple varieties.  The perfect place to discover the oldest apples  dating from 450AD or Tudor & Victorian apples. Learn about apples from all over the world with apples by region and country plus different types of apple from cider apples to cooking and dessert apples. See apples of every shape, size, colour and flavour like you’ve never seen before.

Try something new and tasty with ‘try before you buy’ rare and heritage apple varieties, fill a bag with your favourites to take home!

Meet the fruit experts and get your apple identified with the FREE Fruit ID. Join the scientist from FAST to visit the scientific climate change trails and discover what all the research is about here at Brogdale. Learn more with horticultural & rural talks, apple pressing demonstrations and a programme of cooking demonstrations available all weekend.

Enjoy live music and delicious local food, browse local craft and produce on offer and enjoy the festival games. Little ones can get stuck into apple crafts, apple pressing, apple cookery sessions and spooky apple head carving, just in time for Halloween! Entertainment to be enjoyed over the whole weekend.
