Join us for a full day workshop and have fun learning traditional bread making. Bake a White Bloomer, local speciality Kentish Huffkins and a walnut and rye bread. Master all the basics of bread making, with lots of hands on expereince.
All our workshops take place in ourown spacious kitchen and workshop overlooking the garden. The kitchen has teh latest oven/stealtechnology. A typical bread making workshop includes all the materials ; you get to take home your course notes, hint and tips and recipes with a tray of the baked goodies made on the day. 
We usually make pizzas for lunch. Suitable for all ability including beginners, numbers are strictly limited to make sure everyone gets to see and participate in the action. 
Full day apprx 6 hours £150 per person.
