A guided spring foraging walk around the Bore Place estate, exploring the abundance of edible wild plants that emerge at this time of year. Discover tender new greens, herbs and flowers, and enjoy tasting a variety of wild flavours along the way. The walk will also touch on wild sugars with a birch-tapping demonstration. Learn identification skills, and get tips for preparing wild ingredients in your kitchen, and advice on harvesting safely and sustainably.
