If you’ve chosen to grow your own flowers or pick from our plot for your wedding, this course is the perfect accompaniment. Part 1 focuses on bouquets; bridal, bridesmaids’ and flower girls’ as well as ‘bouquets’ for your tables. Our experienced florists will talk you through choosing & conditioning your flowers, demonstrate and guide you in creating bouquets using the ‘spiralling’ stem technique, tying-off and attaching ribbons. We’ll discuss other bouquet styles including trailing and asymmetrical designs as well as ways to re-use your bouquets at your reception.
