Step away from the busy start of the year and immerse yourself in nature’s restorative embrace in ancient woodland. This taster Forest Bathing+ session (Shinrin-Yoku) offers a gentle introduction to the practice — helping you slow your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with the natural world.

Full sessions usually last a couple of hours or more, but this 1-hour shorter session is perfect if you’d like to try forest bathing for the first time.

Guided Walk to Fairyland & Sensory Practice
Silent slow-paced walk along a shorter, scenic route to Fairyland

About Tanya
Tanya is about to complete a Forest Bathing+ Guide certification with The Forest Bathing Institute. Blending mindfulness, sensory immersion, and ecological awareness, Tanya works to reconnect people with the natural world through immersive, mindful experiences that restore balance, deepen awareness, and nurture well-being.
When she is not in a forest, she works in tech transformation for the NSPCC and is studying a degree in Counselling to broaden her nature therapy offering. For over 35 years, she has nurtured and deepened her mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practice, allowing these principles to shape her personal growth and her work.
