Join us on delicious Cherry Walks this July

Fundraising event for Brogdale Collections A unique opportunity to sample over 400 varieties of cherries & PYO

Brogdale Collections, Brogdale Farm House, Brogdale Road, Faversham, Kent ME13 8XZ, UK

Guided walking tours will be available all day from our expert and knowledgeable guides who will walk you through the orchards, giving you details of the history and heritage of cherry growing in Kent.

With over 400 varieties of cherries there are some intriguing histories, flavours and delights to taste. Sample the “Roundel Heart” cherry grown in Kent since the 1900s and bursting with a sweet flavour, or the “Kentish Red” sour cherry found in Kent since the 18th century or maybe even the usual “Donisssens Gelbe” a juicy yellow skinned cherry sure to stand out.

On these 2 special weekends only, visitors will be able to pick their own cherries straight from the tree. Limited access will be open over the weekend for PYO* cherries from our selection of Heritage Orchard varieties, subject to availability.

*Fruit picked is charged by weight.

Bring a picnic and enjoy the day on a cherry farm in full harvest.

Brogdale has unlimited free parking, accessible toilets, a plant centre, farm shop and café.
