About Matthew
Matthew is the Managing Director and co-founder of Found Recruitment, proudly supporting Kent and specialising in helping local manufacturers and industrial businesses find, secure, and keep the right people. Before moving into recruitment in 2015, he spent years in food production – starting out as a chef before moving into NPD Manager and Assistant Production Manager roles – so he understands first-hand the pressures, pace, and people challenges that come with running a busy production site.
Since then, Matthew has built a strong reputation in the Kent business community for his practical, straight-talking approach to recruitment. He’s been recognised nationally too, with three consecutive nominations at the REC’s IRP Awards and a Highly Commended award for Recruiter of the Year in 2019.
Today, he works closely with businesses across the county to take the stress and uncertainty out of hiring, using a proven, consultative process to attract the right people, secure their commitment, and keep them for the long term.
