About James
James has been in the grocery retail industry for over 18 years, working in various roles centred on building the right customer proposition through ranging and pricing. He has had the opportunity to work across several different channels, from Supermarkets to Convenience stores, and has a genuine passion for local customers and tailoring store offerings based on locational drivers. Most recently, he has been part of the regional team, navigating the challenges of the post-Brexit world and selecting a range for Northern Ireland stores that comply with new laws. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with many small suppliers, supporting them in getting their products on shelves and building their presence in some of the most challenging environments.
