Mother’s Day Spring Hand-Tied Posy Workshop at Blooming Green

Saturday 9th March, 10am-midday

Create a delicate, scented hand-tied posy in a jar — an ideal Mother's Day gift. Using a selection of British grown seasonal flowers such as anemones, narcissi, ranunculus and tulips we talk you through choosing & conditioning your flowers, demonstrate the ‘spiralling’ stem technique and tying-off. After that you will learn how to gift wrap your posy with paper and raffia before placing it into a Kilner-style jar. Bring your Mum or make something to take away. That said, our flowers are so gorgeous, you may not want to give your posy away!
