During the event, we’ll delve into Silverhand Estate’s pioneering approach to sustainable winemaking, including their use of the Charmat method to craft fresh, elegant sparkling wines that rival Prosecco and Champagne. As the UK’s first carbon-negative vineyard, Silverhand is redefining organic viticulture, embracing minimal intervention to let nature shape its vines and wines.
