An expert in Oyster Shucking, James Bowles will entertain you with his expert preparation and serving of delicious oysters that will be paired with our Balfour wines.
In addition, H. Forman & Son, the last of the original London smokehouses, will supply hand-carved smoked salmon. Seasonal vegetable canapés will complement our Balfour wines, which you will be able to enjoy against a backdrop of live music from acoustic guitarists, The Barrett Brothers.
The evening will end at approximately 9.30pm. We recommend arranging transport in advance of the evening.
