PRIME EATS' Belly Full Dining Experience

Experience the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with PRIME EATS' Belly Full Dining Experience. An evening celebrating authentic Afro-Caribbean cuisine in an intimate pop-up setting. Hosted at HOFFS in Margate, this special event brings together locally made food, music and community for a memorable summer evening. Every dish on the menu is naturally gluten free, showcasing bold, comforting flavours inspired by Caribbean heritage.

The evening is a collaboration between PRIME EATS, HOFFS and Lacovia International Limited, creators of Fumi Sorrel a distinctive hibiscus-based alcoholic drink inspired by ancestral Caribbean traditions and proudly produced in Kent.

PRIME EATS and Lacovia International Limited first connected through the Innovation Kitchen at East Kent College in Broadstairs, making this event a celebration of local food innovation as well as cultural heritage.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Fumi Sorrel drink before enjoying a delicious three-course supper, accompanied by music from DJ AreYouBlasé. With limited numbers, the Belly Full Dining Experience offers a relaxed, intimate atmosphere where great food, good company and carefully curated music come together for a truly special evening.
