Taking place as part of the renowned annual Rye Bay Scallop Week festival, this limited menu showcases sustainably caught local scallops at the height of their season.

Rye Bay Scallop Week runs from 21st February to 1st March and is a much-loved culinary celebration of the region’s sustainably landed scallops.
What’s on the Menu?
Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated scallop-led tasting experience, beginning with homemade rosemary focaccia served with scallop roe and chive butter.
The menu continues with a series of beautifully prepared scallop dishes, including combinations such as scallop with coriander and lemon, crispy scallop with parsnip purée and apple, and pan-fried scallop with cauliflower textures and cream sauce.
For the main course, diners can choose between a pan-fried fillet of halibut with scallop and mussel chowder, or twice-cooked Egerton pork belly served with seared scallop and seasonal accompaniments.
This is a menu designed to showcase the versatility and flavour of scallops in a variety of carefully balanced dishes.
