Wine X Food Event, Whitstable

The event which will take over the Horsebridge allows groups of consumers to move around the venue and sit with the producers to hear their stories, sample their range and taste the matched wines by Offy Wine Advisor, Jackie Brown.

“It’s a great chance to work with other local businesses and give the community an event to really enjoy just before Christmas” said Ross Bell, owner of The Offy, Whitstable’s independent drinks shop since 2012.

The list of food producers includes: Gilda Bakery, Garage Coffee, Oyster Buoys, Tankerton Smokeshed, Bottlebrush Ferments, Oink and Udder and Cheesemakers of Canterbury.

The wine companies are: Heppington, Warehorne, Simpsons, Thorne Wines, Davys of London, Canterbury Ales, Copper Rivet distillery, Boutinot and Shepherds Hill Cider.

Tickets are now limited for both session: 2-5pm and 6-9pm. Tickets are priced at £25, over 18s only.
