This single variety cider made by Canterbury based producer Kentish Pip typifies ciders from the county and is the first of it’s kind to be sold nationwide in a major retailer.
It’s made with 100% Discovery apples, an early season dessert variety and sourced exclusively from Kent. The cider is made by Kentish Pip at Woolton Farm and then bottled and labeled for Marks and Spencer.
“Discovery has to be one of my favorite apples it’s very delicate and has a highly distinctive flavor and aroma. It’s the first apple of the English season and is only around for a short window, which really adds to its excitement and mystique.
It’s been a great experience working with M&S their values for quality and responsibility really ring true and we have learnt a lot working together to develop this great product.”
Sam Mount, Director Kentish Pip
