How long does my membership last?

Your membership lasts for one calendar year from the date you joined.

If you signed up before the launch on the 1^st of April 2023, your membership payment will be taken on the 1^st April 2023 and membership will run until to 31^st March 2024.

How do I continue my membership for another year?

Your membership will renew automatically if you do not cancel it before your expiry date.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time before your expiry date by logging into your account and going to the ‘Settings’ section. Click ‘Manage my payment settings’ at the very bottom of the page, and click the ‘Cancel plan’ button at the top. No refund on the membership fee will be given.

What happens if I cancel early?

If you cancel early, you will still be able to access your offers or account until your expiry date.

I can’t remember my login/password

You can request a password reset from the login screen. If you’re still having trouble, email us at: info@producedinkent.co.uk and we will help you.

How do I update my payment information?

Log into your account and go to the Settings tab.

Click ‘Manage my payment settings’ at the very bottom of the page

Under Payment Method, you can add your new card details, and then delete the old ones.

I received a Champion Membership as a gift – is this for life?

Gift Memberships last for one year. If you wish to renew your membership for another year, please contact Produced in Kent on info@producedinkent.co.uk and they will help you set this up.

Can I share my offers?

No, you may not share your offers or account details with anyone else. Anyone who shares this information will have their membership terminated and access to all offers will be withdrawn, as stated in the Terms & Conditions of Membership.

How many offers will I get?

You will receive 4 x Exclusive Quarterly Emails (April, July, October and January) which will detail all of the offers in that ‘Deal Drop’.

Each Deal Drop will contain at least 12 special offers and experiences that represent at least a 20% discount, or are a unique experience.

So, in total you will receive 48 different special offers each year, all worth more than 20% off.

All for just £25 a year!!

How will I redeem these offers?

You will be able to reach each of the offers from the quarterly email when they are released, as well as viewing all the current offers available to you at any time, through your online account – you’ll just need to log in with the email address & password you used when you became a member.

Online Offers

For online offers simply use the special discount code in the relevant box when you pay for your order.

In Store Offers

To use an offer instore, simply tell the shop attendant that you are a Produced in Kent Champion and want to use the special offer when you pay.

They will ask you to scan a QR code with your phone.

This code will take you to the PinK Champions login screen and prompt you to log in to your account (if you’re not already logged in).

On success, it will show a Verification screen, which you can then show the shop attendant to prove you are eligible for the offer.

They will then add the discount to your bill.
