Matt Sworder, chef owner of The Corner House Restaurants in Canterbury and Minster, will be showing the audience how to cook a popular summer dish from his new cookbook at Countryfile Live next Friday.

Matt will be cooking a dish from The Corner House Cookbook, alongside TV Chef Brian Turner CBE in the Le Creuset Kitchen Theatre at 4.30pm on Friday 2 August. He will be sharing his passion for Kentish produce with Steamed Seabass in a bag with Thanet Earth heritage tomatoes, a recipe that
showcases the fantastic Kentish ingredients.
