As of March, we will have a new core cider in the range. It is a blend of two tanks of wild fermented ciders that perfectly sums us up and our mission here at Woolton Farm:
TANK 1 – Crimson King, Kingston Black, Dabinett and Yarlington Mill.
TANK 2 – Charles Ross, Zary, Greensleaves and Robjin.
Tank 1 is packed full of heritage bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples all grown here at Woolton Farm and Tank 2 is our unique blend of heritage eating apples, more commonly used as pollinators in the mordern orchard. More info to come, but it will be available in 33cl can and 30L keg for retail and trade customers.
