Anno Distillers create ‘B3rry Pink Royal Refresher’
To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Anno Distillers have come up with a deliciously summery cocktail you can make two ways with one of their most popular spirits; Anno B3rry Pink Gin.
A beautiful rose-coloured cocktail, it tastes sweet and juicy with a kick of
lime. Enjoy this one out at the street parties as you tip your hat to Her
Majesty and hope for sunshine!
60ml B3rry Pink Gin
25ml Creme de Fraise
15ml lime juice
1 egg white (option 1)
Strawberry and chocolate shavings to garnish
Mint (option 2)
Option 1
Add the four ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Then add in a
handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is ice cold to touch.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with chocolate shavings and a strawberry.
For a final touch, add some silver edible glitter spray on top. Enjoy!
Option 2
If you are not using the egg white, put the other three ingredients into a
shaker with ice, shake and then strain over ice in a high ball or tumbler and
top up with soda water. Garnish with mint and a strawberry.
