This autumn we’ve been experimenting with soup recipes and have gone for a cheesy twist on a classic – Potato and Blue Cheese Soup. Using Arran Victory (the ultimate soup potato) along with the optional extras of bacon lardons and fresh chive garnish there’s an alternative that we’re sure everyone can enjoy.
