Balfour Blanc De Blancs 2018 now available at Balfour Winery
Made only in exceptional vintages, this 2018 vintage is only the third release in Balfour’s twenty-year history and is a blend of cuvees from Balfour’s warmest chalk and clay vineyards.
Tasting Note: Brilliant white gold, with a fine sustained bead and mousse. Clean and fresh with a touch of autolysis, white peppare and dried herbs.
