Biddenden Sparkling Apple Juice features on Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh
Biddenden Sparkling Apple Juice was selected to feature on and be tasted as part of Aleesha Hansel’s line up of drinks on this weekend’s “Love Your Weekend” on ITV (Sunday 24th October 2021), chosen as a non-alcoholic alternative to English Sparkling Wine.
Produced here at Biddenden using local apples, the juice has no added sugar or water and does not use any concentrated juice, and is a pure apple juice with just a little added sparkle.
Presenter Alan Titchmarsh tasted the drink alongside Matt Baker and Joanna Page, all of whom had high praise for the juice.
On referencing other juices which can be quite pulpy, Alan commented “(this is) more refined than that, it has a cleaner effect on the palate. It’s lovely” whilst actress Joanna Page agreed, adding “It’s not too sweet…feel like I could drink quite a bit!…Very nice, lovely.” Matt Baker agreed, saying “That is a quality liquid”.
Aleesha Hansel explained, “Because they (Biddenden) are winemakers as well, I think that gives it a little bit of that finesse and that elegance”. This is certainly something which we pride ourselves on, allowing our expertise in producing quality English wines to shine through across our range of juices and ciders.
