Biddenden Vineyards Gains SALSA certification

Biddenden Vineyards, Kent’s original commercial vineyard and producer of award-winning ciders & juices, both own label & under contract, has gained Safe and Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) certification. SALSA has been developed specifically for buyers and smaller food producers who need to demonstrate that they operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.
