Here’s an easy yet tasty recipe to make awesome roasted potatoes, featuring the signature BRK BRL seasoning.

Ingredients (4 people)
8 russet potatoes cut into 2 cm pieces
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
60mL olive oil
2 tbsp garlic minced
30-40 g BRK rub (adapt to taste)
(optional) 1 1/2 tsp thyme

1. Preheat the oven at 220°C
2. Put the potatoes, salt and baking soda in large pot filled with water to cover potatoes completely. Bring to a boil.
3. Let it boil 10mins until you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork or toothpick.
4. Drain and let dry a couple of minutes.
5. Heat the olive oil with the garlic and thyme in it until garlic turns golden.
6. Strain immediately over the potatoes, add BRK rub and mix to get rough edges on the potatoes.
7. Put the potatoes in a baking tray and roast 30/35 mins, flip them and roast for another 30mins.
