Canterbury Brewers & Distillers have been caring for their first malt whiskey for a long time now, but the wait is almost over....
This single malt whiskey has been aging for over 3 years in our Foundry home where it was distilled in a first fill, ex Bourbon barrel from Loretto, Kentucky.
The yeast we used for this was harvested extremely locally.....just up the road in St Augustine's Abbey.
It's a true local champion to be extremely proud of. The few remaining bottles will be available in house after March 2nd.
