Our Castle Farm beef is hung for three weeks to develop its full flavour and is then hand cut and prepared by local butchers. The beef cuts are vacuum sealed to preserve the great quality. Our Castle Farm Beef is Red Tractor Food approved to the highest quality. The cattle graze across the grasslands and meadows of our farm in the Kent North Downs.
