The 2018 Kent County Show will take place at the Kent Showground in Detling on Friday 6, Sat-urday 7 and Sunday 8 July. The event brings together the very best of Kent with animals and food, fun and excitement for the whole family.
Matt will be one of several top Kent-based chefs presenting a demo at the show, others include Bruce McMichael from The Lemon Grove, Patrick Hill from Thackerays Restaurant and Will Devlin from The Small Holding Farm & Kitchen.
Matt says, “Our ethos has always been built upon the fantastic produce we are lucky to have on our doorstep. With The Corner House in Minster marking its five year anniversary this summer (two years in Canterbury) The Kent Show is the perfect place to share our passion for everything we source from the region. We will also be launching our first ever recipe book which will celebrate our wonderful suppliers and our most popular dishes from over the years.”
