Culinary Creations Masterclass with Bake Off finalist

Brogdale Collections will play host to 12 exclusive master class workshops throughout 2020, alongside well known Great British Bake Off finalist Jane Beedle. The Culinary Creations Masterclass will compliment the amazing array of rural crafts and creative workshops hosted at the Brogdale Collections venue in Faversham. As many may know, Jane’s baking skillset hit the limelight in 2016 on BBC Bake Off. Those of you who have been lucky enough to see her demonstrations at the many events held at Brogdale will no doubt admire her creations. Enthusiasts and beginners alike can now join Jane and, learn to cook with ingredients from the National Fruit Collection, discover how to preserve fruits and vegetables. From compotes to chutneys, pickles to preserves. You'll be guided by Jane each and every step of the way and make friends with like minded people as you learn. Her kids cookery classes were so popular last summer we thought we had to include the Mum’s and Dad’s as well this year.” The line up of courses runs from February to November, with classes held on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Classes will include; Vodka, Vinegars and Veg, Lemony Loveliness, Jams and Chutneys, rounding off the year with Stir up Sunday.
