Defined Wines are ready for harvest

Work on the new contract winery at Defined Wines near Canterbury, is nearing completion. Our second press and most of our tanks are now here and we are looking forward to the harvest! As a contract-only winery, our focus is entirely on our clients and ensuring that we add value for them. We aim to have clear costs for all our services, which will include grape buy-back options. We will offer a full "crate to case" service or any part of this: pressing, bottling, riddling and disgorging, labelling and temperature controlled storage. www.definedwine.com
