Disgorging at Defined Wines

We are really excited to be commissioning our disgorging line this month. This is the final step in making traditional method sparkling wine - removing the yeast that has provided the secondary fermentation, topping up and fitting the cork and wire hood. We have invested in ‘jetting’ and an inspection machine, both of which allow us to ensure a really consistent, high quality product.
