Docker welcome new baker: Greig Hughes: formerly Head Chef at Samphire in Whitstable.
Greig joins our family of five other artisan bakers to grow the daily output of fresh bread to local customers such as The Pig, Rocksalt, The Rose, Duke William, The Wife of Bath, Lost Sheep, The White Cliffs (and many more!). He will also lend more human-power to expand our range of specials on offer at the bakery at Folkestone Harbour and The Goods Shed.
We are extending opening hours at the Folkestone Harbour bakery: Tuesday-Friday 9-3 and Saturday 9-1
The Goods Shed shop is open Tuesday to Sunday.
