Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, the same approach used for Champagne, and made exclusively from Kentish Bramley, Cox and Russet apples, this sparkling cider is elegant, crisp, and finely balanced. The cider has wowed judges with its lightness and vibrant orchard character. Tom Barnes, General Manager and third-generation family member, describes the win as “an honour and testament to what we do – blending local ingredients, heritage and winemaking precision.” This award marks a proud moment not only for Biddenden but also for Kent’s growing reputation as a hub for drink, food, and sustainable tourism.

The fruity favourite, Biddies Strawberry Mint, also won best in class - Fruit Cider.
