Espresso Martini recipe:

Ingredients:

1 shot of Vodka, 1 shot of Kahlua, 1 shot of espresso (cooled), Ice

Method:

1. Put the vodka, coffee liqueur and freshly brewed espresso into a cocktail shaker ( or Leaded jam jar) with a handful of ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well-chilled, then strain into the glasses. Top each with 3 coffee beans, if you like.
