Exciting news from Greensand Ridge Distillery
Not only are they busy distilling their plum spirit, but they've just received a huge sustainability recognition!
Autumn is here at the distillery and the last of the stone fruit fermentations are being distilled into plum spirit ready for casking. In Winter we pick up whiskey fermentations when spoilage microbes are at their least active. We are quite seasonal in our production here, driven by fruit seasons and quieter times for other spirits.
We are also coming up to the time of year when winter gifting spirits are in demand. We have a great range including our fabulous London Dry Gin, and also less commonly made spirits like our Plum and Apple brandies, and our Golden and Dark rums.
