Fancied having a go but didn’t know where to start? The team at Boathouse Fisheries in New Romney have just the thing.
Their filleting courses will help to give you the knowledge and confidence to take on flat and round fish species. Taught by experts, our team has over 40 years of experience in the industry. The day includes learning about different fish species, safety and knife skills, demos and practical sessions.
We also pride ourselves on being able to teach both right and left handed cooks to fillet – why should you have to use your ‘wrong’ hand after all!
