Only available for a short period during early summer, usually in June or July, and have a limited shelf life.
Pre-ordering ensures that you can secure a supply of fresh green walnuts for pickling before they are sold out, and also guarantees that you will receive them at the peak of their freshness.
The pickled green walnuts are made from the unripe fruit and must be prepared before the shell has formed. In some English circles they are known as the King of Pickles. Pickled walnuts are excellent with all cold meats and cheeses. Please order now to avoid any disappointment.
A standard order of 1kg on average is about 25-30 nuts.
