Green Hop Glory and Golden Wins at GADDS’

It’s been a big month for GADDS’. The Green Hop season kicked off with a bang — the ceremonial barrel sold out in under two hours (that’s 288 pints gone in a flash), and this year’s launch has been the most successful yet.

If you missed the Green Hop Beer Festival last weekend, don’t worry — the beer lives on. GADDS’ Green Hop is now available in bottles via their online shop and brewery store. And if you’re lucky, you might still find a few special Green Hopped brews on tap...

Even more reason to raise a glass — Black Pearl (cask edition) has just won Gold at CAMRA’s Champion Beer of London & South East competition in the Strong Stouts and Porters category. The team are marking the occasion with an evening of Black Pearl indulgence at The Montefiore Arms on Wednesday 15th October from 6pm. Cask, keg and bottled varieties will all be pouring at one of the Telegraph’s top 500 pubs in England.

Next up? No. 3 bottles return next week, and the Remembrance Day special, War Horse — a 4% brown ale — will be available on draft from early November.

As the nights draw in, the brewery shop has moved to its Autumn/Winter hours — so check ahead before visiting.
